As the Youth Development representative, Ms Blaai brings a vital voice for the next generation of South African musicians, co-managing the administrative functions of NATICMUSA.

Representing the Brass Bands sector, Mr Kleinschmit leads NATICMUSA's public communications, stakeholder engagement, and external-facing advocacy efforts.

The NATICMUSA Board of Directors, as a collective, is responsible for implementing all NATICMUSA programmes, commitments and activities related to its mandate.
Governance Compliance Frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures, and internal Policies are currently under development.
A final report, including audited financial statements, will be submitted to the DSAC on or before 31 March 2026. All operations will be subject to audit by both a Private Auditor and the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA).
All requisite documents have been submitted to and approved by the Department of Sport, Art and Culture (DSAC). A functional bank account has been opened.
